Cancellation by Clients
Client may cancel the order for any reason before 30 minutes before the arrival of the tanker. If a client cancels the order within 30 minutes of requesting it, they will not be charged. If the client cancels the order after 30 minutes, they may be charged a 50% cancellation fee or liable to receive the truck/tanker at their yard or drop off location.
Cancellation by Captain
Captain may also cancel the order for any reason at any time. If a driver cancels the order after a client has requested it, the captain will not be charged. However, if a captain cancels the order 30 minutes after the client has placed the order then the captain is liable to deliver at client site.
Reasons for Cancellation
There are a number of reasons why a client or captain may cancel the order. Some common reasons include:
– The client or captain is not available.
– The captain is not comfortable with the destination location.
– The client or captain is not comfortable with the other person’s behavior.
– The client or captain has an emergency.
What to Do If Your Order Is Canceled
If your order is canceled, you will be notified by the app. If you were charged a cancellation fee, you can dispute the fee by contacting customer support.
How to Avoid Cancellations
There are a few things you can do to avoid cancellations:
– Make sure you are available when captain arrives with truck/tanker.
– Be clear about your destination location.
– Be respectful and polite to the captain.
– If you have an emergency, let the customer service team know as soon as possible.
